TIPS and QUOTES

March is the hope of spring just around the corner!   Though it is still chilly, we are enjoying beautiful sunshine this week.

Sunshine is one of the most healing remedies for the body.  Our cells thrive on it!  We used to think sunshine was only important for getting vitamin D, and it still is.  But now, thanks to the latest research, we know that sunshine is like an essential nutrient in that it is vital to the health of our mitochondrial function, the powerhouses in our cells.

Ultraviolet rays work on the level of our skin, but the Near-infrared rays penetrate right through our clothing and skin, bringing enormous benefit by keeping our cells in good health.

So, take advantage of sunshine, this wonderful gift from God!
